With being VA buyers we were told multiple times it would be difficult to find home in the area we wanted and we were open to multiple areas. We walked in on an open house and Katie and her colleague Sara were showing and even though we didn't care for the home we knew we had to pick these ladies for a shot at finding our forever home. I called her that same day and she and Katie met me and my husband a couple days after and she hit the ground running. She was readily available and even though there were some homes we may have liked in pictures but didn't like in person we were never faulted on it. We’ve sold all of our homes ourselves. From our initial meeting to walking out the door Kim far exceeded exceptions. Of course everything went wrong on our last day in the house. Due to circumstances beyond our control we weren’t able to clean the house to our expectations. Kim actually kicked off her heels and helped mop and clean. My best friend referred to me Kim and told me how incredible she was, and she was so right. I am genuinely clueless when it comes to home-buying and the market, and Kim made my first home buying experience SO perfect. I close on my first home today, and the process has been so smooth it’s almost unbelievable! She genuinely cares for your needs and wants and leads you in the exact right direction.
